Virtual adultery and Cyberspace Love?

This is a BBC documentary series about Second Life and Real Life. First, we meet Lee and Carolyn. They’re a married American couple, but only virtually. In reality, their marriage doesn’t mean a lot, as Carolyn has been online 14 hours a day for the past eight months with another man, while her husband looks after their young children.

We do get the nice side, too. The other main case study looks at Steve and Kristen, a British couple who started their relationship online, but consummated it in real life. And then got married, virtually, and later in reality, too. I bet even they get confused sometimes.

Well this is a very interesting documentary. You will be surprise!!! Don’t miss watching it. I would love to have comments about this.

Warchild International sponsored in-world by Rosalie Rothlisberger, is a network of independent organizations, working across the world to help children affected by war. The organization is founded upon the fundamental goal of advancing the cause of peace through investing hopes in lives of children caught up in the horrors of war. More information about this organization can be found at http://www.warchild.org

The event opened last February 16, 2008 at 9am slt, held at the SL Illustrated grounds. The launch was very successful and was attended by around 30 people at a given period that lasted for several hours.

Hand-over of the raised amount and the actual dates of the models with their winners, closed the event last February 23, 2008 that was held at the lavish and posh SLI Angels Club, where the famous DJ Zane Bijoux played romantic love songs for the couples on their date. The closing was attended by the Management of SL Illustrated headed by Ted1 Kamachi ( CEO ), Ariel Lingiuan ( COO ), Madison Sullivan ( SLI Models Director ), Dadaist Gears ( SL Illustrated Editor-in-Chief ), and Stone Klaxon ( SLI Master Scripter ).

My Blog will support every kind of humanitarian project in SL. Well done Ariel Lingiuan. Congrats to all SL Illustrated models and participants of this attitude. I think projects like this need to be more common in Sl. After all we are all humans in flesh and blood and there is a lot to be done out in real Life.

Great Idea

Campion Sopwith sent me this note and I think it is very important to help our Colombian friends to fight against terrorism. Political aspiration shouldn’t be done kidnapping people or terrorism. This isn't democracy. Below I publish the note from my friend Campion.

Calling on SL citizens ... help our fellow Colombian friends by joining a Facebook group calling for the end of a terrorist group named FARC. FARC has held this wonderful country hostage for years and the good people of Colombia are now fighting back:

Your joining this group along with millions of people worldwide will send a strong signal that this situation will no longer be tolerated. Make a difference today ... join this cause.
